During last year's New York Comic Con, we brought you the exclusive first look at the "Your Highness" comic that will arrive on shelves a few weeks before "Pineapple Express" director David Gordon Green's medieval comedy starring Danny McBride, Natalie Portman, Zooey Deschanel, and James Franco.
Much like the film itself, the Dark Horse Comics prequel comic will be co-written by McBride, with some help from Jeff Fradley and interior art by Sean Phillips and Gabriel Guzman.
The Dark Horse crew has provided Splash Page readers with an exclusive peek inside the comic, which hits shelves March 16. You can check it out below and read the full synopsis for the comic.

Danny McBride writes the prequel to the upcoming blockbuster from Universal, Your Highness! Prince Fabious is the pride of his kingdom—his exploits are the stuff of legend. To keep the kingdom of Mourne safe from the vicious wizard Leezar’s minions he will have to slay a rampaging Cyclops, which has already destroyed a village! In the meantime, Prince Thadeous, Fabious’ brother, and royal embarrassment, embarks on a diplomatic mission to the Dwarf Kingdom.
